Postal Analysis
As you know, the amount of postage savings you gain through your printer's comail and direct entry programs can can have a significant impact on your bottom line. Since almost all printers administer their mail programs differently, a postage analysis is an important next step. I would like to provide you with a postage analysis that accurately reflects how much you will save based on the profile of names you typically mail to. The best way to accomplish this is to take a representative mail file from your most recent catalog and presort process it with the names of a typical mail pool. This will clearly detail what you can expect to save through participating in both Comail and Direct Entry programs as well as the costs associated with each program.

that archive a descriptive name. For example,
“MyMag_Sept” indicates that this file is for the My
Magazine September issue. Also, it is normal for files to disappear from the “UP LOAD FILES HERE” directory after a few minutes.
